                     Get comfortable with being uncomfortable

Opening:

Luvvie starts her talk in a humorous way by saying, "I'm a professional troublemaker" and she says that her job is to critique the world. The audience brakes out into laughter.  

Introduction: 

She introduces herself by saying that her purpose is to be like the cat, that she shows in her slide. Basically, she means to say she wants to be someone who wants to fix this world, to leave this world better than we found it. 

Body - Content :

• She talks about how she chose to effect change by SPEAKING UP, by being the FIRST and by being the DOMINO 
• She talks about how one need to stand up and speak out (domino) in order for the rest to be heard
• She also tells that we need to be a domino that will inspire many other upcoming dominos as well 
• Dominos, people who speak out everything out loud are not FEARLESS and they are also afraid of  the consequences and the sacrifices that they have to make to speak truth to power!!
• There are too few people who are willing to be the domino.
• She talk about how her ambition changed from being a doctor to being a writer. 
• Fear disables us from speaking our mind and heart 
• She also talks about honesty and justice
• She talks about how the voice of each and every individual make difference. 

Conclusion :

• She beautifully ends her talk by saying, 

" In a world that wants us to walk around as representatives of ourselves, being yourself can be a revolutionary act . And in a world that wants us to whisper, I choose to yell"

• She also says that when she practice domino, she asks herself these three questions:

1. Did you mean it?

2. Can you defend it?

3. Did you say it with love?

Body Laguage :

1. She uses her bodily movements. 
2. She opens her hands and express it openly. 
3. She smiles, laughs 
4. She pitches her tone as per the requirement
